Peyton Rusk

  • Peyton Rusk has called College Station home since he was six months old and is a proud third-generation Aggie. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, he earned his degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in August 2025. Growing up immersed in the Bryan–College Station community has given Peyton a deep appreciation for the area and a strong understanding of the local market.
    With his background in agricultural economics, Peyton brings knowledge of land values, market trends, and investment principles to help clients make confident, informed decisions. He is passionate about serving the community that shaped him and is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through a smooth and successful real estate experience.
    Outside of real estate, Peyton enjoys cheering on Aggie athletics, staying active through CrossFit and outdoor sports, and spending time with his dog.

Chad Bolcerek

  • Chad is the co-founder of APG and Head of Construction for Thundercock Development, overseeing all aspects of project execution and quality control. With years of hands-on field experience, he brings a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for building homes that stand the test of time. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney Bolcerek, and their two dogs, Ryker and Athena.

Mariah Souza

  • Mariah has spent the past five years in real estate, specializing in property management. She founded Elevated Haven Vacation Rentals with a vision for seamless, personalized service for both owners and guests. Through its integration with Arete, she continues to expand how clients are served. Outside of work, Mariah enjoys the outdoors with her pup, Thrasher, workout classes, and time with friends and family.

Jake Carlile

  • Jake founded Arete Companies with a vision to deliver full-service real estate solutions for buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. A Brenham, Texas native and two-time CrossFit Games competitor, he brings discipline and drive to every endeavor. Jake is a husband, new father, outdoorsman, and proud Aggie, Class of ’23, currently pursuing his Master’s in Land and Property Development.

Cameron Causey

  • Cameron Causey lives in Bryan, Texas, and is originally from Prosper, Texas. After enjoying his time as an Aggie, he chose to remain in the Bryan–College Station area to serve the local community. He has been a licensed real estate agent for approximately two years and looks forward to many more years of learning and serving clients with Arete.

Robert Irving Jr.

  • Robert is a Texas A&M graduate (’14, ’16) and founder of Better Fire Protection, which he sold in 2021. He later served as Executive Vice President of a fire security private equity firm before founding Buffalo Growth Partners in 2025. Outside of business, Robert is a devoted father, pilot, and outdoorsman.

Alexis Davis

  • Alexis Davis is a dedicated wife, mom, and real estate professional with experience in residential buying, leasing, and investing across Texas. She is passionate about guiding clients through a smooth, stress-free homebuying process. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys time with her family and exploring local coffee shops.

Dylan Heritage

  • Dylan Heritage is a Brenham, Texas native who returned home after competing in track and field at Dallas Baptist University and UTSA. Licensed in real estate for nearly three years, he serves clients from first-time buyers to experienced investors and is passionate about helping families with Arete Property Group.

Lance Weiss

  • With over 15 years of public service experience, Lance is prepared to handle any challenge and is passionate about helping others. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, kayaking, enjoying the outdoors, and staying involved in sports.

Whitney Bolcerek

  • Whitney has been with Arete Property Group for three years, serving College Station and surrounding markets, including Brenham, The Woodlands, Houston, and Austin. She enjoys guiding clients through a smooth, stress-free buying and selling process. Outside of work, Whitney spends time with her husband and their two pit bulls, Ryker and Athena, and enjoys staying active.
