It Started With One Condo

In 2020, we flipped our first property — a small condo in Bryan, Texas.

We didn't make any money on it. In fact, after all was said and done, we were lucky to break even. It wasn't glamorous. It wasn't a grand slam. But it was the start of something much bigger.

That deal lit the spark.

The early mornings, the late nights, the thrill of walking a project from chaos to completion — it woke something up in us. And from that one project, Arete Companies was born.

The Journey: 60+ Homes, $75M+ Brokered, and $20M+ in Pipeline

Since that first flip, we've gone far beyond just buying and selling homes.

In just a few short years, we've:

  • Flipped, renovated, and built over 60 homes and small-scale multifamily units
  • Brokered over $75 million in residential, commercial, and land transactions
  • Built out a $20 million+ active development pipeline of duplexes, townhomes, covered RV/boat storage, infill land, and strategic holds
